"Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc.
having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future.
We would have liked to have an iron in the room and there was very limited space to put/hang clothes. Additionally, a full length mirror upstairs would have been good.
The shower and tap water never went cold, however, we understand there is a heatwave."
