"Although it was hard to find and a trek to get to the hotel, if you are wanting a beautiful castle room, you must stay here! It was worth it! Pack light! The walk to the hotel is steep and there is no elevator in the hotel. The hotel restaurant is wonderful and convenient."

"The room was spacious and the bathroom especially had a large shower. When we arrived a sign on the door directed us to the coffee shop next-door, and a nice young lady took us upstairs to our room. She explained that we could also receive a free breakfast the next morning at the coffee shop, which consisted of coffee, juice, and a good pastryโ nice treat. You may find the stairs to be a challenge if you are not on a lower level since there is no elevator. There is a beautifully decorated kitchen and living room area that is shared by the other guests. We found a well equipped kitchen to make coffee/tea and one else appeared to be using it. There was also no noise from the other guests. Overall it was a positive experience!"

"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes walking."

"Itโs difficult to say if it was a hotel issue or just being in Europe. Water pressure for shower was only available in the morning. And refrigerator was set really warm. Otherwise great staff and fantastic breakfast."

"Our stay was great. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Only issue we had was the shuttle service. This could be accessible a lot better. Picking us up they were excellent as there were issues with the train. However is you need a free shuttle to the train station, make sure you do this 24-48 hours in advance! We could not get one the same day and ended up paying nearly 150 euros in taxis to Rome as we missed our train because we couldn't get a shuttle on the same day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
