The innkeeper understands her role as a "way of life," not a "job," and it shows. "Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile ma struttura non organizzata per un b&b, camera assolutamente spoglia : letto matrimoniale, letto aggiunto e comodini, abbiamo dovuto chiedere uno stand per appendere i vestiti e una sedia di appoggio. Camera molto piccola. Bagno pulito, a parte due ragni sul soffitto, ma assente di appoggi per asciugamani. E' assente una guardania pur essendo la struttura isolata. Il prezzo è troppo alto per l'offerta, abbiamo usufruito della colazione...

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm. Overall a nice experience and a solid choice at the price, provided you have a car to access the centro storico."

"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10 minutes away, for when the restaurant at the resort is closed or you want different options (although everything we got from there was good!) I would travel back just to stay at this resort again!"

"Erica was a lovely host, very proud of the property and its stunning views. She was very accommodating, offering to cook dinners for us if we didn't want to drive the 20 minutes into Orvieto. Highly recommend enjoying her cooking and the wonderful evening light at the property, and avoiding driving the narrow, winding back roads at night."

"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience. Other than that my room was very good with a kitchen."
