The property was very nice. We loved the pool with the lazy river. The room was bigger than expected. Everything was fairly new. And the staff was wonderful. I only really had two complaints. One was the air conditioner kept popping up to 85° so you had to constantly put it down which was annoying in the middle of the night. Also, the vending machines on the property were always broken. We couldn’t get anything to snack on unless we got in the car and drove somewhere.

I have stayed at The Cove several times in the past and have come to expect their level of service. The staff is consistently top notch. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. The suites are updated, clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the things one could need. I love spending time here!

It was better than I expected. Our room was fully renovated. It was the nicest kitchen we could have. Loved the Crabtree and Evelyn products. A special thanks to Charles and Matt for their excellent service at the beach. We would go back anytime.

We’ve been staying here before it became a Hilton property.. but Hilton brought it up several notches. Guest service was top notch. Property is clean and well maintained. It feels secure enough to let our children walk the short distance between the two building unsupervised (building independence and confidence. Amenities inside each room is sufficient. Will definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful. I love all the new updates since Hilton has taken over this property customer service was spot on. We could ask for anything via text and got an immediate response. The property was very family, friendly, quiet, and safe. We will definitely stay here again.

We thought we were booking a hotel. It was a condo with no daily service and it had an early checkout of 10 a.m. No dining facilities. Not a place for those who wish the amenities of a hotel The tv guide was terrible It just showed numbers - not name of station. Front desk brought us a paper that listed in numeric order the stations they had so you had to go thru all of them on paper to find what you wanted -- not an alpha list.

Went for bike week and they were prepared with plenty of bike parking but didn't allow bike trailers which caused some problems

Everything was great! I'm a smoker, be nice to be able to smoke on balconies, but I understand why you can't, no big deal to go downstairs

This condo was worth every penny. I would stay there again. Hilton did an excellent job purchasing this property. I will gladly stay at this property again.

Only item we did not like was our room did not match the picture when we reserved it, picture should more of a ocean front and we could barely see the ocean and always shaded to where we could not even enjoy the balcony, otherwise everything else was great

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was so clean, great customer service, kitchens were well supplied with everything to dine in or grill out on the property. Also, it was right on the beach & fully supplied with lounge chairs and beach umbrella. We will definitely stay here again!!
