"This place is a gem! Noel & Di welcomed us into their home, and it was so lovely after a series of slightly soulless hotels we stayed in during our travels around South Island. It’s a quirky place but all the better for it! We ate at a restaurant called Rocks in Invercargill and the steaks were excellent. Thanks to Noel for his recommendations on the Catlins. "

"Well located motel onTay Street. The motel is clean and comfortable. The bed was good. The kitchenette is well resourced for small meals. The bathroom was set up for people with disabilities, plenty of space with required handrails / shower seating etc. we enjoyed access to the laundry after travelling for some days. Netflix was a bonus. Car parking ample. Overall a neatly presented little apartment. "
