"We were placed in a room that smelled like urine so the staff moved us to another room. The TV remote didn't work and Noone could help fix it. They just suggested we move back to the original room. Overall the stay was ok but don't think I would be back or suggest this place to others. Breakfast was good. Love the waffles"

"This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in."

"The bar was very well stocked and had anything one would want. I was disappointed that this time on Taco Tuesday, they were unable to make me a vegetarian taco like they did last time. "Staff friendly, helpful. Came right up when TV remote wasn't working. Room clean, quiet. We did not eat breakfast but it looked appetizing. There is a Taco Truck right across the street that had excellent food (Street tacos, quesadilla and sopes)at reasonable prices."

"Room was very clean and staff were helpful. breakfast was minimal at best. It took 15 - 20 pumps on the coffee bottle to get a reasonably full cup of coffee. Dispensers for soap and skin cream aren't checked so they run out. Everything else worked well - hot water, shower, A/C, etc. If you need a place to shower and sleep, this place fills the bill nicely. If you need something more, it comes up short."

"It’s right in the center of Broad Street with a really nice cafe downstairs that’s open at 7:00am every day and has fantastic homemade bacon breakfast burritos. The room is clean and beautiful.
