Room was small but ok bathroom was tiny. and dont stay here if you want to sleep at 11 at night on the weekends they have very loud live music until 12 midnight then people leave loudly i mean alcohol loud not nice for hotel guests who wants to sleep because they have early flight.

HORRIBLY slow. Very ugly elevator The staff only knows how to say, we can't or don't have or don't know Our air-conditioning didn't work, they made us move. Without help. Then that one didn't work either and it was smaller than the room I had paid for and by the 4th day when we were leaving, still no one apologized for our inconvenience

Üst düzey memnuniyet....

Oldukça sakin, sessiz ve ferah bir bölgede yer alan bu otel çevre özellikleri bağlamında 5 yıldızı hak ediyor. Teras katında bulunan Nevizade restaurantl oldukça keyifliydi. Odalar son derece temiz ve bakımlı, personel ise son derecede kibar ve yardımsever. Sık seyahat eden biri olarak belirtmeliyim ki; REF INN HOTEL'de yaşadığım konaklama deneyimini daha önce konaklama yaptığım yerlerde pek sık görmediğimi belirtmeliyim.
