"O hotel possui boa estrutura fisica mas precisa de manutenção. Ficamos em um quarto onde o ar-condicionado fazia um barulho terrível, o colchão estava deformado e como o hotel estava cheio não pudemos mudar de quarto. Tivemos um período chuvoso e em um dos dias a agua quente acabou, tivemos que tomar banho em uma água gelada. A visita da faxineira resumiu-se a varrer o quarto e arrumar a cama, o box do banheiro, no último dia estava cheio de terra e limo. O café da manhã de todos os dias...

"Overall this place was great. We came here during a festival we did not know about, so it was very loud, not to blame the hotel for that. The only thing that was not excellent was the staff. The staff never greeted us and also did not give us directions about breakfast, check out, etc. This could be improved."
