My first trip to Brazil

The Hotel is very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. It was very close to the beach and other tourist sights. Loved the stay the whole time. Cant wait to go back

Dirante o café da manhã os funcionários nao fazem a limpeza da mesa, deixando o espaço da refeição com acúmulo de pratos, restos de alimentos, etc. Pedi inúmeras vezes para realizarem a limpeza, sem sucesso. Falei com o pessoal da recepção que fica em área aberta ao espaço de refeição, sem sucesso. Aracajú é pequena e com poucos voos, em meu horário de chegada ao hotel, tinha apenas um 1 funcionário e diversos novos hóspedes para fazer o check-in, causando desconforto e acúmulo de pessoas para poder ter acesdo ao quarto. Um horror!
