Not a bad hotel, but I am not sure how this qualifies as a 4* hotel. It's the definition of a 3* hotel. Quite far from the centre, but I guess you are already know this when you book.

Very helpful staff, nice food on site, easy transport into the city. Ideally a family room for us would be a double and two singles, not two doubles but not a big issue.

The reception staff were very helpful on arrival. The hotel is very clean and looks good. Our room was lovely and we have no hesitation in returning there to see a fantastic part of Spain.

We needed an easily accessible place to stay in or near Pamplona where we could unload our luggage and drive in to visit the city. Andisa worked really well for that, 10 minutes from the old city, five minutes from the shopping that we needed and the cafeteria (as opposed to the hotel restaurant) where we could get a tortilla or croissant and coffee in the morning which was important since there is not much else around the hotel ...

pleasant stay
large, clean, comfortable hotel out of town but an easy bus ride into pamplona for 1.40 (bus stops outside hotel). Good cheap cafe attached to hotel that we used a lot.

Good, clean, convenient.
Good hotel, very clean. The room had a fridge which was very useful for cold drinks. There is a supermarket nearby, 2 mins on foot, and dining options nearby. The WiFi was excellent good enough to stream. I’d stay there again.

Short city break on way back to car ferry
Good value hotel on the outskirts of Pamplona. The bus stop into the centre was right outside and the receptionist marked clearly on a tourist map where to get off and where to catch it later in the day. We ate in the cafeteria in the evening and had a very good value meal. Be warned though….. no cooked food before 8.30 pm. The hotel is in a fairly industrial area but worked well for us as we were out all day.

Decent, inexpensive place. We only needed to stay the night. Unfortunately, the sink was clogged and the toilet didn’t flush.

The hotel was clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. It was in the outskirts (about 10 minutes bus ride) of the the old town where the Bull Run happens. I was under the impression that there was going to be a free shuttle for clients who would go to the Bull Run, but it turns out that there are public buses that clients can ride to and from the old town right at the bus stop outside the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, new hotel, very convenient for bus service going into town (the bus stop is next to hotel parking lot. Wasa good choice for San Fermin Because was convenient to town, but away from the nighttime noise of the crowds

Nice beach town very close to the BCN airport. However the staff denied me one cup of ice per person. Instead they wanted to charge me 2 Euros for a small bag of ice. Cheap!!!

Something was wrong. I hooked this hotel, then went to map it soon after and found that the hotel is 5 km from the city center. I contacted hotels.com and hrn to refund my payment, but they wouldn't do it. Boo to this hotel. Boo to hotels.com
