"Everyone was very welcoming upon arrival and throughout my whole 5 day stay. Breakfast was great, the kitchen staff never let anything run out, the tables were always clean and when a huge group checked in for a warm up World Cup game, they handled all the additional people without flinching. The location is right across the street from an outdoor shopping area, which includes a Whole Foods that gave me great fish food options. Highly recommend!!"

"Location was everything. The staff was excellent. The hotel itself needs some work. The elevators very painfully slow. The second floor, where our room was located, could be mistaken for The Overlook Hotel. My husband’s voice changed, sounding like an alien, as soon as we got off the elevator. It only lasted about 10 seconds. Strange things were happening. After discussing this with the breakfast waitresses in the restaurant, they told us that it was haunted."

"Great place to stay if your are going to a game at Progressive Field. Literally across the street. Would have liked Heinz Ketchup but they served something local. The pool has a patio that is accessible to the outside. Breakfast buffet ok if included but not great if your ar paying."

"The staff was very kind and helpful however the hotel itself was not great, a lot of odd staining in the room/furniture. We were additionally charged $500 at 11:23pm for a smoking fee that the sensors detected earlier in the day. Once we received the report for the sensor, it was citing an incident that took place when we weren’t present in the hotel at all. I was charged the $500 regardless and hotel staff are unable to do anything about it(not their faults). I am now in a week long process of getting this $500 charge removed from my card for a $113 hotel room experience."
