"Terrible beach. Unfriendly staff. One of the pools was closed our entire stay except the last day. The electricity went off multiple times (with no explanation). We will NEVER be back and we will discourage anyone who is even thinking about staying here."

"We just left, and I already miss this place. Everyone is so nice here. Stuff are so considerate and ready to help with anything that we needed.
Our favorite thing is that they have dogs/ cats at the property, as animal lovers we created a bond with them. We hope to be back soon 🙏❤️😎"

"The property is simple great! The rooms all have balconies and very clean. The beautiful crystal clear warm ocean, white sand, delicious food, wonderful staff that always there to help with anything you need, the natural vibe of the place AND the sunset OMG - I loved it! Small, calm resort - I’ve been to several all-inclusive resorts on the island, I definitely prefer Cocolapalm. Already planning my next trip there."
