"Beauuuutiful old tower and buildings in a quiet idyllic setting close to Germany (5 min.) and Belgium (25 min.).
Very clean and well-maintained estate, bedroom, and bathroom. Excellent dinner food in the restaurant, but a somewhat underwhelming breakfast buffet.
Very comfy bed, and while the room and its furniture radiate a romantic castle atmosphere, the bathroom is very modern - a perfect mix between the "old" that you want and the "new" that you need. :)

"Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but do not know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"
