"Owner really helpful, car parking space very handy for location. We were offered the option of purchasing a full english breakfast which we took advantage of, the food was lovely and really good produce used. We stayed in the lumiere room which was a great price, slight damp smell when you walked in and some of the purple paint needed touching up. I would stay again but book a different room. "

"Very friendly welcome. Room with comfortable beds and so super clean. Shared toilets just across the hall. Shower was basic, but easy to use and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent, perfectly cooked full English and delicious coffee. We didn't need parking, but it was available. Next time we come to Blackpool we'll stay here."

"Internet was spotty, rooms look brand new but small, very clean, daily cleaning, not happy about having to pay £10 per dsy for parking at the hotel the cost should be in with the price of your stay and apparently because i booked through holiday. Com or any other 3rd party hotel charges £50 per night upto a maximum of £150, for damages which is ring fenced and returned when you leave, i don't know how many days it takes to appear back in my account, which actually put a damper on my break as i...
