Hotel di Ontón

"The renovation only covered the public areas — the lobby, the bar and the restaurant look great. The rooms are a different story. They are quite worn: old furniture, some of it broken, plumbing that doesn't work properly, poor ventilation, and cleaning could be better. The staff, though, are willing to help and do what they can to make your stay more comfortable. Breakfast is very good, and the location is excellent."

"Wonderful location near the old town and across the river from the Abando train terminal. A block away from la Gran Vía. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast superb. I would suggest more adequate lamps with switches that more easily accesible instead of the Ikea type ones in our room."

"Greater staff"

"Location was great. Hotel clean and staff really nice. The only downside was the breakfast. It did not live up to expectations of breakfasts we normally have in Spain and so we ended up going elsewhere after day 1 (even though we paid for all 4 mornings)"

"Nice!👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍"

"Good stay overall."

"Location of the hotel is excellent for the Guggenheim and everything we wanted to do! Very welcoming, helpful and kind staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner!"

"Everything was awesome."

"Ontbijt was uitmuntend en het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk."

"We upgraded to a junior suite and it was a great little space made from an odd shape. It had great bed and shower. The little seating area had two chairs, one which could be pulled out for a child’s bed. The seat was too deep to just sit in but good for curling up in. However, the room also had a large window that actually opened up to a tiny deck which offered a great view of the street below! The bar/breakfast was very nice as well as all the staff. Also, this was a great location to do...

"We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It's a little noisy until after 10:30pm because of the restaurant downstairs. It's located near the river so it was nice to walk along the promenade. There is parking nearby for a fee. Breakfast was ok, nothing special."

"For €300 I booked a double bed and they gave me a single bed."

"Excellent position, 10 minute walk to Guggenheim, 15 walk to old town, easy walks to tram and train station. Very helpful, friendly staff. Very good breakfast and bar food. Recommend"

"Excelente y variado desayuno. El gym optimo"

"Outstanding location."
