"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. "Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"In short the stay was good, staff were helpful. I did think that the room had a bit of a weird smell to it, I didn’t report this tho. The only thing that bothered me was I arrived at 3.50pm and was told room was not ready. Although check in was at 3pm. So had to wait in the bar for around 20mins until room was ready. I was given a drinks voucher while I waited."
