"The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that."

"Poor communication from the outset. I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. Arrival - Directions clear enough but there is no sign at all for the property, no person to meet you on arrival, the only person i saw other than the odd other guest here and there was a cleaner. "What a find in downtown Providence! Gorgeous and unique hotel with all the luxuries. Helpful staff and very comfortable bed. Morning pastries, fruit, and coffee in the lobby wete a. Ice touch! Thoroughly enjoyed and will return!"

"Great location, spacious well equipped room (no fridge) and helpful staff. Free shuttle service is great, we used it from bus and train stations. Breakfast is basic."

"Excellent location in downtown. Parking in downtown is expensive. The hotel only offers valet parking at $42 for overnight parking."

"The gym had hand weights up to 55lbs, and hammer machines . Also good selection of cardio. The breakfast at Fleur was great . All of the staff were helpful and courteous. Definitely will stay here again when I return to Providence."

"Valet is gone. Self park and walk. Wasn’t expecting that at $500/night. Poor shower pressure. Left a bag of toiletries in the room. Called the same day, left a message. Went back the next day to try and get them. Left my details again for the housekeeping manager. Never heard back. Vibe in general was off. It felt rather unattended. Miss the Biltmore feeling. Stay at the Omni."

"The room was not only immaculate but beautifully decorated. Breakfast was not your average hotel fare; also excellent. Everything made my stay so enjoyable. The only minor complaint I would have is because I am elderly, the height of the entrance to the shower was a little high"

"We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again!"
