""We absolutely loved our time at Charming Homestay! The property is gorgeous and peaceful, and our room was clean, quiet, and perfectly comfortable. Nhi and her family are the most welcoming and wonderful hosts you could ever ask for. Nhi gave us phenomenal local recommendations that truly made our trip extra special. It provides unbelievable value for money and feels like a true home away from home. Highly recommend!""

"Had a lovely stay at the Rustic Villa! The staff was so kind and gave us lots of tips for Hoi An. We were sad when we left! Beautiful property "

"Really amazing time at this property. The attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty. The rooms were clean and cozy. I cancelled my following booking and extended my stay here for two more nights."

"My friend and I booked another place but it was full so they put us up here. We worth both very happy with it. Nice pool, comfy beds, bathtub, friendly staff, and very clean. The only negative is the location. It's about a 25 minute walk to the old part of Hoi An. However, for the price we paid my friend and I were both quite happy with this place."

"Its quiet and nice location, just a little farther from the old town"

"Great value for the money beautiful garden setting "

"We loved our stay"

"Modern, clean, great location between old quarter and beach. Rooms were very clean, excellent breakfast, beautiful lap pool, best hotel experience we had in Vietnam. Most importantly the staff there are amazing, great local information for travelers, extremely helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again."

"The staff was super helpfull in helping with next travel plans due to being fully fluent in English. A fantastic stay."

"This was a lovely family run homestay / hotel. A very warm welcome from everybody and nice friendly personal service. Very relaxing surroundings overlooking the herb fields of Tra Que Vegetable village, irrigatio lakes and the river. It was quite remote but an enjoyable walk to Hoi An taking in all the sights and sounds with a cheap quick taxi ride home away from all the hussle an bussle and a 15 min walk to the beach. Bike are available if you do not want to walk but I think walking is...

"One of my fave Hotels in Hoi An!"
