"Room had an incredible view of the beach, air conditioner worked great and the staff was so helpful and amazing. We will for sure book this hotel again. "

"Room was clean, very old school plain motel. Tv volume did not work. Took 45min to get it to come on. Cafe was closed when we arrived at 3. Parking was great lots of spots. Did not encounter any staff, left at 7pm. Nice neighborhood with residents across the street. Not much close by. Used as a resting spot. "

"The staff were not very accommodating. I asked for pool towels and they told me they have none at the time because the one in charge is out to lunch. Then they just went about their business. I asked again and they finally got on the radio to check. After about 10 minutes, another worker walked up and after I complained, he went out looking for towels. After a long day, we come back to our room to find it uncleaned. The front desk said they only clean every couple of days. I asked for fresh...

"Room was great. Pool and beach and ocean great. Lava good food and breakfast cafe was wonderful"

"I was able to have a great ocean view and pool view fromthe third floor. The room wasa little outdated, however the location made up for it! Beach is just steps away and close to food placs/shopping. Love the walking path which runs parallell. Staff were eceptionally pleasant. Since i had view of the pool the pool man ceaned it every day for 2-3 hours including hot tub. Room was a bit dated but hey you are only sleeping there. There is no elevator so if you have a hard time going up stairs...

"When we arrived, the front desk took over 30 minutes to get us checked in. Other guests were coming in and asking why they couldn't connect to the wifi. While in line, we found out that the bar and restaurant were not open. We went to our room and it was run down and had an odor. I asked to check out so we could find another hotel. They eventually allowed us to change hotels. I would not recommended this hotel. "

"Had an excellent time front desk was very very welcoming and helped me out with a few issues. It’s been 30 years since I’ve been to that hotel and just as I remembered."

"Place is magnificent for location amenities and surrounding markets you do not have to leace if you dont want to you have everything there next to you and it is best place to be right in the middle of notth and south shore we also love the free bike rentals and valet when needed "

"The property was spacious and there was plenty of pool/beach chairs available. The rooms and shared areas were all clean to a high standard. The staff we encountered were friendly. The views from this property were beautiful. Also a short walk to local shops and other restaurants."

"Amazing pool area. Bar drinks not very good for the price. Ultra greasy food. Beach had lots of washed up plastic. "

"parking was good, just didn't like the cement stairs to access our condo, difficult carrying a suitcase up the stairs when you are 70 yrs old, would have been nicer to receive the condos without the cement stairs on the hill. it was nice having washer and dryer in the condo, staff were excellent"

"Beautiful resort. Great buffet breakfast. The basic room, for $1,000 a night (including taxes and resort fees) was really a basic room, and not worth the money. It was nice it had two sinks, but had wear on the room. Very nice, helpful staff everywhere. We did valet parking for $40 a day. It was nice. Our room did not have a beach view, I don't know how much more that would have cost?"

"Beautiful property in a prime location in Poipu. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great pool and restaurant area. Nice beachfront. "
