The room was dirty. I ended up with bites all over. Bed bugs. The breakfast was not good. The juice machine was broken, they gave tang for juice. The room had stains all over the carpet. They charged me extra for my two dogs. I felt bad having my dogs stay in the room.

I truly can't believe best western has there name on this sh-- hole. Hot and humid outside you hope ac would be working. Temperature says 61. Has to be 77 in this room. No tv. Curtains dirty and half on/off. Rug should be replaced. Breakfast wasn't up to best western standerds. Found few bugs in room. Anyone who's given a good rating on this place must have very low standards would stay far away.

Room smelled old and dirty, there was a dog treat on the floor, the carpet was stained, there was a bottle of personal lubricant behind the nightstand and you can see the stained mattress under the thin sheets. Would only stay here again as part of a bet where I would earn thousands of dollars if I slept in that room again. If I don’t wake up with a rash in the next couple days from our stay here, I will believe that there is a merciful god out there.

Sheets were dirty on both beds with stains and hair, etc. Floor had lots of particles/pieces of trash on it. Our dog even found a pill with who knows what in it and ate it which made him sick. Air conditioner smelled bad, like it had mold on the coils or hadn’t been cleaned in years. Water pressure in the shower was super low, and we were on the first floor. Pillows were below average and lumpy. Lots of things in the room just seemed to be falling apart. Breakfast was okay at best, nothing special there. Staff were fine and reasonably friendly. The only thing we liked about the room was the big tv. Overall feels like we got cheated at over $500 for two nights.
