"This hotel provided everything I was hoping for. From the wine hour early evening to the excellent breakfast, there was no room for complaint. The room was very clean and well stocked. Being an old hippie, I loved the short walk to Haight Ashbury and the beautiful Golden Gate Park right across the street. "

"I reserved a premium room and paid extra for it. While the room was located on a top floor with a wonderful view, it was adjacent to the bank of elevators. Behind the headboard on the other side of the wall was a service elevator, which caused constant noise throughout the night, making it sound like planes were landing. The next morning, I approached the front desk to request a room change, as I still wanted a premium room but without the constant sound of moving elevators. However, my husband and I were assigned to a room with far less square footage than our previous one, and it wasn't a premium room, despite what the woman at the front desk had said. We were disappointed, and unfortunately, there was no adjustment made to my bill. Aside from this, we liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was good."

"Stains on top bed cover. Housekeeping doesn't come to clean room when we were out. No hair dryer, ironing board or iron."

"This is the worst hotel listed in daily city. My building burned about a week ago and I was desperate looking for a place to stay with my family and I came across Mylo hotel. I booked three nights. One hour after I booked this hotel I received a call from HSA saying that they were going to help us so I went to the hotel and explain my situation but because I booked though Expedia the hotel told me that I had to talk to them. So I called Expedia and they were so nice to try to help me but the hotel didn’t wanted to help me. I just went to the hotel and they refuse to help me. I told them this was a hard situation for me. I have two kids one that is 9 years old and one that is 7 and I explain we need led that money to eat. Any good heart person that can be sensitive to situations like this in life would understand how hard is to be homeless with two small children and the uncertainty and the stress that a house fire causes. I am devastated from the heartless responses I received from the people working at this hotel. I believe the owners because they where in the office doing office work and look like a dad and two sons. I would never come back to this hotel or recommend it to anybody, specially to people in hard situations like mine. "

"It was an older motel but renovated and super close and convenient to where we wanted to go. It felt safe and the little area above the drive way was so cute. My sister and I didn’t get a chance to eat there but we would like to if we stay again. I think it was worth the price, it was surprisingly quiet for being in the city and had really good coffee places and restaurants in the area all within walking distance. The staff was all great and overall felt clean and secure. "

"This little motel is located in a quiet area very close to the beach. There were also few cute shops and eateries within walking distance. The staff were friendly and able to get us our rooms early after east coast flight arrivals. The rooms were spacious and I really appreciated the skylight in the bathroom on the top floor and peek of the sea from my room. The large windows were perfect although light sleepers might find it challenging with the sound of the trolley on the street below. All in all it was a lovely stay at what felt like a cute family hotel by the sea. "
