"What an interesting place to stay in SF. The owner and assistant were so much fun, interesting and helpful. In a location in mid-south ish part of the city close to everything we wanted to do. We will recommend this spot to anyone that wants a bed and breakfast and/or something with tremendous history, nice room and bathroom with everything you could need. "

"You get what you paid for. This place is not dirty but it is outdated. The walls are very thin so you could hear people talking and a dog barking. If you’re a light sleeper this place might not be a good place to stay at. The bed was very rough very hard. Other than that it was a decent place. Close to the city close to the freeway. I felt safe here the whole time so it does have its pros. "

I was going to a concert at Pier 80 and it was a great location. I also went to the Wooden Spoon for breakfast = 3 min walk and very good. "Had a comfortable stay here for 3 weeks in their 2BR unit. Their fully equipped kitchen, free airport shuttle/, breakfast and use of laundry machines are a big plus for this hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating as well. My only issue here is the weekly housekeeping. However they provide you essentail items (towels, soap, etc) and trash removal as requested. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. It's definitely a home away from home. "
