"The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent."

"Weird experience at the front desk, where the manager guy seemed super annoyed. He reprimanded a customer checking in for parking in the garage before check-in (how are we supposed to know not to do this), and another person because he couldn’t find their booking, complaining loudly that “everyone is using third party bookings.” I found myself feeling guilty for using Expedia and then remembered that I had no reason to. The other women at the counter were way more pleasant but seemed freaked out...

"We stayed for a sporting event. Breakfast wasn't available until 7:30 am on the weekend which was too late. The restaurant didn't have much to offer."

"We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable."

"I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in. "It is a great hotel. The facilities are new-looking, and the EV charging is free. plentiful and handy, and the breakfast has many options -- including for vegans. We did have a closet door falling off, and there were no signs explaining how to lower the blinds (it was an unlabled walls switch far from the blinds). I would suggest signage on that."

"Coming to visit the Mayo Clinic was a difficult journey, yet every single employee we had contact with was amazing! We felt well cared for and our every need was met! The breakfast was wonderful each day; the front desk folks were always helpful and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the rides to various parts of Mayo whenever we needed to be there. We will definitely return."
