"Very spacious, quiet, accessible via a 10 min walk to Mayo campus all indoors via well-marked skyway and subway. And connected to a City parking deck ($18/day) and many amenities like the Hilton Hotel, The Galleria, good views and more. Second bathroom is a nice touch and the full kitchen w d/w is a must for a stay of any length. "Very clean, modern, really nice room, comfortable bed. Full fridge, micro, dishwasher, everything you'd need in the kitchenette. Close to mayo, worked out great for appt there. "

"The electrical outlet plugs in the room were worn out. Most would not hold a plug. Plug in their hair dryer or the brick to charge my phone and it would just drop out of the socket. Frustrating and especially in the bathroom NOT SAFE. The room was worn but meticulously clean. "

"I stayed here for 2+ months this past summer when my daughter had her heart transplant and they became like family to me and they helped me get through it. We were back this past week for my daughters check up and as usual everything and everyone was wonderful. The breakfast food was fresh and delicious. The staff is the best ever. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The entire place is homey and cozy. It is our home away from home. Thank you so much guys ♥️"

"I stay at this hotel every time I go to Rochester. 4 times in the last 6 months alone, and many other stays over the years, and too, always multiple nights. Clean, convenient, helpful staff, and excellent breakfast for this price point hotel. I will say most all of the single rooms need mattress upgrades, they just have no support left in them (this most recent stay was #215). I don't seem to have this issue when I stay in the double rooms, so maybe the single rooms just haven't been distributed...
