"Staff were great and the hotel was very clean. What I didn’t like was lake of available snacks and drinks for purchase and that I had to make airport pickup reservations 48 hours in advance. Word of advise the printed receipt that is give upon entry to Chile by immigration and customs must be shown with the passport to be able to stay at this hotel. We had stayed on Easter island for some time and couldn’t find the receipt. Lucky for us my wife had hers."

"Good location close to bus station and alot of food options within short walking distance. The surrounding area did seem a little dodgey but fortunately we didn't have any negative encounters compared to others. Staff were lovely and courteous, often greeting guests passing through reception. Breakfast, although limited options, was satisfying. During our short stay we did have only 1 operating elevator, which was frustrating because it meant getting to our room 10+ mins later due to a que of guests needing the lift. Fortunately the faulty lift was fixed and it was smooth running. The room we had, had a fixed shower head which was annoying because you weren't able to shower properly as the water falls directly to where the taps were. Overall was a pleasant stay and would still recommend as an option."
