"Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful meals and drinks in the restaurant... I had the lomo saltodo which was very delicious. Reasonable prices too. My room was big and very well appointed and comfortable. Nice gym and spa.
Unfortunately a woman brought her baby in nappies into the spa when I was in it ...yuck! If baby had spilled their nappy it would have contaminated the pool.
Disappointed in shower in my room. After 3 minutes still only lukewarm"

"We are two women from the USA in our 60s who stayed here for ten days, and we loved it. The staff was wonderful: helpful, patient with our Spanish, and friendly yet professional (special thanks to Jose!). The building is beautiful, our rooms were quite comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast (you can order cappuccinos etc if you don’t like Nescafé). The location was great for walking and the subway (Uber is also easy here). We would love to return."
