"This property is in a relatively good location in Siena and has many positives. However, the use of perfumed cleaners in our room was a real issue as we had an allergic reaction. On request, the cleaning staff quit using the fragrance products. Thank you. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for us, but could be a real problem. "We had a wonderful stay at the Villa del Sole. We really can’t praise this lovely place enough. Our room was spacious and immaculate, and the staff was very and friendly. The view was incredible, and even though we were close to all of the sights it was so peaceful and relaxing. Gianluca was amazing and recommended a side trip which was great fun.
