Good afternoon ken, firstly i would like to say thankyou for your review on the receptionists i will make sure to let them know about your positive review. i am so sorry the sofa bed and bath was not up to standard, we try everything we do to make our beds comfortable and make sure all our guests get a good night sleep so please accept apologies on my behalf for that. as for the coffee this can be available upon request, our night porters and receptionists are happy to provide more coffee/tea and hot chocolate. we hope you visit again soon :) many thanks
