Hotel di Pekan Lama Hastings

"Tout était très bien. Le petit déjeuner à 8h30 débute par contre un peu tard, mais il était délicieux."

"Clean room, great location. Door to shared bathroom was hard to open/close."

"The propert is very well located and the owner very helpful when we checked in. I have sent an email to the hotel and never received a response - very disappointing. The property is old and the musty smell when entering is quite strong. The room is quite as is bathroom. The sink in the bathroom is so small that is practically unusable - even brushing the teeth is difficult. The room itself seemed clean, there is TV, iron and ironing board, some tea and coffee plus juice and cookies. The musty...

"Room was very clean and staff were very helpful and understanding, I will definitely return if I ever get to be back to Hastings"

"Lovely room, very clean, delightful hosts, great breakfast-I would stay again!!!!"

"Hotel easy to find. As you drive up, the grounds are spectacular. The hotel was beautiful, polite staff, food fairly priced and good. Our room was cleaned & when we returned it was spotless with a beautiful fragrant. So nice. I recommend the Bannertyne hotel highly. Thank you"

"Advertised restaurant on-site. They did not serve dinner. had to go out to eat."

Both mornings, I had to go and find staff to stock the table up and provide glasses for the orange juice. Staff are either inadequately trained or just not copying well. The coffee...

"The room was lovely, the en suite was lovely, the fact that it was up two flights of stairs, not so good . My fault for not mentioning I don’t climb stairs well."

"Wonderful friendly and attentive staff . Parking easy , excellent food and very comfortable bedroom . Would definitely visit again."
