"A beautiful hotel that was once the home of a famous engineer. The interior decor is rich with high-quality furnishings. The bathroom is large and elegantly appointed. Excellent housekeeping. My room had tall windows and a wonderful view of the city. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Bamberg Train Station."

"This is a nice, clean hotel close to all the sights. I arrived when there was still someone at the desk. I didn't need to fill out a Covid card like the online check-in requested. "Very large room with 5 large windows. Amazing bathroom with radiant heating on the bathroom floors which always kept our feet warm. Happy hour cakes and coffee are free and very tasty. Breakfast is scrumptious in a room with large windows looking unto the property which has a small creek running through it with a dreamy small castle in the back. "Your hotel staff was very rude, when we checked in we noticed the shower hose was broke, my husband reported to the front desk, they said they would send a repair man, I called two hours later, then I was told his colleague, told my husband it would be the next day and argued with me as if we were lying, then I was told to go to another guest in the hotel to use their shower. Cobb webs all over wall, had and issue getting towels and toilet paper. I’m not sure how many guest they serve, but only...
