"Everything was pretty good with the property. My only issue was with the parking situation. I did wind up getting a ticket because of alternate side of the street parking that I was not aware of. I wish there was some way at check-in that the front desk people would warn you when it’s an alternate side of the street parking zone that is my only complaint I would have paid for parking at the hotel, but there was no spot left available"

"I slept poorly: the pillows went flat under my head, A/C turned on and off all night and when I turned off the A/C, I got to hear a truck idling at the garage 7 stories down from my room. After two days, my door lock battery stopped working so I couldn’t get into my room. My room was so far from the elevator, it felt like I was walking a block just to get there. Good gym and breakfast cafe. Staff were friendly."

"Friendliest staff I think I have ever had at a NYC hotel. Everything was clean and nice. Great location if you are in SW Brooklyn, a quick walk to the subway (express stop). Coney Island is a straight subway shot, Japan Village is a short walk. Nice neighborhood, felt totally safe at night. Reasonable price, reasonable size (NYC hotel, not huge, but good enough). "Everything was fine for an overnight stay. Room was comfortable, clean, and I got a good night's sleep. However, please be aware that there is no option for food in the hotel, but lots of options as soon as you walk out the door. No in-room safe, but they do have large lockers in the lobby for you to store luggage if you arrive before check in time. No mini fridge either. The bathrooms are fine.
