"Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off."

"Our room had sand between the 1 beds and wall or paint chips scattered by the window. Also the toilet paper is behind and under the sink which was impossible to use."

"New and clean. TV didn't work, but they were there in 5 minutes and fixed it perfectly and quickly. Breakfast was great too!"

"We checked in on a very busy weekend. Rates were double normal because of the big event nearby. On Day 1 of our weekend thet had run out of coffee beans for coffee. A big loss for breakfast! The response was, More should be here Tuesday. We have Decaf. This continued the weekend and finally Monday they had beans as we checked out. "I was upset to find out there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room so I give it a 4/10 if both appliances were there I’ve would’ve rated 10/10"

"Pure luxury and decadence is how I would describe the Abbey. The hotel is located on a hill with a gorgeous view of the Hudson. They have afternoon cookies and coffee to relax and enjoy the sunset over the Hudson. The bed is very, very comfortable in each room has its own thermostat. The staff is very helpful and available at a moments notice. You will not regret your stay at this place."

"Reserved a Junior Suite with a king size bed and a couch/pull-out bed for 3 adults. The pull-out bed was awful, uncomfortable and unsleepable. There was a huge stain on one of the couch cushions (the side that was not visible, of course, until it was removed to set up the pull-out bed). "Best thing was parking in front of your room. Room was good. Bed & pillow both were comfortable. There was fridge and iron in room. 1 down side was microwave. 1 small microwave would have been a great addition, specially when traveling with small kids. Overall comfortable stay. "

"The room is in ok cleaness. There are bugs and spiders in the room. Bed sheet has a dirt. Water come leak from the next room to the floor. It is liveable but not great"
