"Beautiful well equipped room. Nice balcony. Tucked away off the main street. Only downfall is the pool area is very slippery. Textured tile flooring would be safer than the smooth finish tile."

"We arrived in Pigeon Forge and checked into a hotel that was covered in black mold. A quick search popped up this hotel. We were initially hesitant, believing we needed to be on the Parkway. Boy, was I wrong! We drove up to a beautiful, well-lit, and inviting property that was mere seconds from parking for The Island. "Very helpful, friendly staff who went aboveboard to help us. Clean rooms! There are two pools, and families truly had fun here. A breakfast is provided with hot and cold selections. However, the breakfast area is tight; perhaps it could be expanded to better mitigate the crowding. Nonetheless, we would definitely return to this hotel."
