"The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Wonderful shower. Appreciated the coffee and fridge. Mehmet (?) was simply outstanding. Very warm, welcoming and super helpful. We really relied on him. The breakfast was incredible - huge assortment including Turkish items. So close to Blue Mosque, Sofia and the cistern. Would recommend and stay here again."

"had a wonderful stay at Ajwa Hotel Istanbul. The location is excellent—very close to many of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel restaurant was very good, and there are also plenty of great dining options nearby. I also experienced a traditional Turkish bath (hammam) at the hotel, which was a highlight of my stay. What truly stood out was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"The location is close to all the major attractions and the staffs are super friendly. However we booked a room with three beds and all of the sheets and linen had stains, the bathroom didn’t feel clean and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. Overall I would book a different place even if I have to pay a bit more. "

"The hotel was super traditional, and our room was spotless. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Everything, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, was just a 15 minute walk away. I had issues with my mobility, so I wouldn't stay on the European side. It's very hilly. The tram was quick and easy to use to get to places. Make sure you have enough data during your stay."

"I had no idea what to expect because I didn’t know Istanbul when I made the booking. I figured we’d stay a few nights and then move once we knew the layout of the city. Instead we extended here for the whole week. The location is perfect for sightseeing and vacationers. Plenty of convenient walking destinations and right across from the sea. The rooms are great, the breakfast is very good, the restaurant is good but a bit pricey however there are tons of other eating options within 5-10 minutes walking. All in all, this turned out to be a great choice. "
