"This hotel was good value for money. Breakfast had lots of variety and the breakfast room was clean with nice staff. The beds were very comfortable. The room had too much furniture for the size and we had to move a table and chairs everytime we opened the balcony doors. Tea and coffee were plentiful in our room. Lovely view of the Bosphorus from the balcony. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even made us up a picnic to take to the airport as we had to leave before breakfast. We booked the airport shuttle service from and to the airport through the hotel. This was very unsatisfactory! It was an hour late picking us up from the airport and then dropped us at the wrong hotel. We had to walk from the wrong hotel to our hotel in the dark in a unknown city late at night with our luggage. The taxi was then half an hour late picking us up at hotel to take us back to the airport. I would highly recommend the hotel but would not book their shuttle service again."
