The hotel’s location is truly excellent—we were able to reach everywhere easily. They were also extremely attentive when it came to cleanliness. The Turkish bath experience added an extra level of enjoyment. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it."

"The stay at this hotel was excellent. It was located in a good location that was close to many of the popular sites. The room was clean, and the housekeeping did a good job cleaning everyday. The amenities were very cool, I enjoyed using the spa that was included for free for 30 min/day. Just know you need to book ahead, as they don’t tell you that, and when you go to use it that you won’t be disappointed by lack of space. The staff were all very attentive and pleasant, doing everything to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast had a large array of items, and was quite delicious. Unfortunately the hot items were lacking. The scrambled eggs were watery and weird looking, but other than that everything was good. I would recommend that the hotel invests in properly fitted blackout blinds, because the small shade they had did not cover the whole window and allowed light in which made it hard to sleep. I will say that the rooms had an old musty smell to them, maybe the old heavy curtains need to be washed ? It was hard to identify where the smell was coming from, but something to look at. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It was very safe and offered good value for the money spent."

"The hotel was located in a very convenient location to Sultanahmet Square. Lots of traffic though. Please be careful. The staff were extremely helpful. They were probably some of the best I have met. The roof top patio was not set up. There was no bar. And the restaurant was around the corner. There were no laundry facilities as noted in the hotels.com post. For a fee, they will send your clothes out to be cleaned."
