"Todo muy bien solo tiene que entrenar más a los que trabajan en el restaurante en el desayuno no son rápidos y se demoran mucho atender las personas pero todo lo demás estuvo bien en el hotel muy lindo y muy buena atención en el front desk"

"Location is great - just a 10min walk max to Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Bascilla cistern, Grand bazaar. The tram is literally 2min away and useful to travel to all the other main areas such as karakoy, dolmaca palace, eminonu etc. There is no Spa in the hotel, the sauna is switched off and you have to tell reception you want to use it for them to switch it on. We had a problem with a toilet flush one evening and felt that it wasn't dealt with, the staff who came to see us said the manager is not available and we should refrain from using the toilet the whole night until the morning when someone may be available, and did not provide an alternative solution. I asked whether they would switch rooms for us if this problem persisted and they said no rooms are free, when there were 3 empty rooms next to us. This was not acceptable. The next morning i mentioned it to the reception staff again and they said they would check but by then the issue had resolved itself. If it had not i think we would have had a problem."

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to blue mosque, grand bazaar etc. making it easy to get around without taking the tram, although the T1 tram is literally less than 2 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat, so may choices. From the airport, we got the express bus and the T1 tram. 5 stops. The staff were friendly. welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and roomy. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and would happy stay here again. A decent breakfast to start the day. Perfect stay and we would happily recommend it to others."
