The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. "In the heart of Montrose and can walk to shops and restaurants. Not gar from the Black Canyon. Comfortable and modern room with an attached bar and restaurant where you can wind down after a day of sightseeing."

"The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing."

"We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. We left the following morning and found some place for breakfast. Everything was great except for that little piece, but it turned out fine....
