"The Expedia rating does not represent the reality of the property. The hotel is old and remodeled cheaply. the breakfast is Poptarts and coffee. The price is appropriate. It is located on the highway and is very noisy. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just want a place to sleep."

"Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. "I love this place! It’s so cozy and cute. Staff is nice. Check in was easy. Adorable little cabing style. Place is clean and decorated super cute. Nice view of the river. We stay in Delta several times a year and this is my new go to place to stay. It’s the cutest place in all of Delta. "

"The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing."
