"The room was amazing as we stayed in the Raphael! Jerry, Itzel, Sonia and Manuel the bartender were fantastic and gracious hosts as we got a full tour of most of the rooms (some were occupied and couldn't be viewed). They are undergoing a remodel right now but it didnt bother us as there is plenty to do and see during the day in the Romantic Zone and even in downtown Puerto Vallarta. The restaurant in hotel is very good food and its a 1 minute walk right out to the beach! For authentic mexican...

"We had a wonderful stay at Amapas Apartments. Location was fantastic, one block from the beaches and close to amazing restaurants and shops and easy to get to local busses. Staff were excellent, especially Jessica, her sweet pup, Laszlo, and the maintenance man. We will definitely plan to come back! "

"This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. The beach was just steps away,...

"The Alejandro room is beautiful and spacious! Was even better than the pictures! We enjoyed everything about it, from check in to check out the staff were above and beyond helpful. The rooftop pool was ours to ourselves three times in two nights stay. We are definitely going to stay here again :)"

"Menu rico, la tina no estaba caliente no.la ocupabanos. Lo unico que le corregiria es el área de la terraza, las plantas secas con macetas con maleza. PV tiene un clima excelente para la vegetación y le agregaria un plus a la vista de la terraza tener las plantas bonitas. Si no mejor quitar las que estan feas y secas. Lo digo con afan de mejora critica constructiva. Gracias por todo"
