"This is a really cool hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very modern and clean and we had a lot of room to move around. The staff was friendly and helpful. And I highly recommend the breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It was one of the best Iโve had in Japan. Our only complaint was that we had to wait a long time in the lobby to check-in."

"A bit of an older hotel with not much around it. Has a lovely interior garden, a hot spring, and some very kind staff. The beds were quite stiff though and the pillows were mediocre. The hotel occasionally shows itโs age in other ways, but for the most part it was a very nice stay."

The property is very picturesque with a nice garden & waterfall. - Great dinner in private dining room with helpful staff - Buffet breakfast was good with a wide range of quality food - Large bedroom with good beddings & aircond - Nice bathroom with separate toilet This hotel is at the top of our return list."

"Hi All, We have a wonderful stay and the vegetarian meals for the two days were sumptuous and interesting. Room was clean and the servers at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. However, it would be nice if shuttle service can be provided during winter from the train station. "
