The property looked good from the outside but the inside need work. The ceramic tile was missing the mortor so they would move when you walked on them. The furnace to some time to warm the room up. And the ceramic tile in the bathroom was also loose. The front door had looked like it was kicked in at some point also.

We love staying at Sonesta Suites when we travel but this property has went down hill in the past 3 years. When we arrived we were greeted with condos that had laundry handing all over the balconies and their trash cans over flowing. We overlooked that because we really like Sonesta suites. The lady at checkin was very nice. On our walk to the room we were greeted with a steady flow of cigarette butts that led our way down the sidewalk. We had to go to the front desk to ask for 2 hand towels for drying our hands. The room appeared clean but is in serious need of a deep cleaning and not just a 15 maid service. The bathroom fan has very visible mold all around it and the dust buildup on the door casings and baseboards is in my opinion ridiculous. During the night we were awaken to a nice little departure argument of “F*** you and F*** you back.” Hum. The surrounding area has started to bleed over to this hotel and it’s not my cup of tea. That atmosphere may be pleasing and fine for some but just not us. This place has SUCH potential with a little tweaking. The lady at check out was professional and nice.

The business next door (over wooden fence) was noisy and the guests next to us had left several cigarette butts on the stairs. Other than that my son and I agreed it was a wonderful home away from home. Very nice staff!

The suites are not as nice as the pictures would make you think. They are definitely not worth $186/night. The carpets were stained, and we could feel holes in the floor under the carpet. There was a huge gap at the top and bottom of the door. The staff was very friendly, but the suites were subpar.

We were there for 10 days and They were supposed to clean our room after 7 and never did. They told us to put dirty towels outside and they would get them, they sat there for 3 days before someone got them. An alarm kept going off in our room the last night and we couldn’t reach the front desk at all so we had to figure out how to turn it off ourselves. Showers didn’t drain and the faucets were falling off. And the room had a weird stench in it the entire time.

Great hotel, could have been a bit cleaner. The room was a little dusty and there was a tree in the back of the property with trash in it. But we were warned ahead of time that housing keeping was short staffed. Rooms were spacious, everything worked, and nice and quiet. Great place for a family vacation especially with large families. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week here

Honestly everything was perfect, staff is kind, the rooms are covid compliant and the bed was comfy as could be! The only thing is if your in the first 2 buildings 16, 17, parking is a little spread but it wasn’t really a major issue. Still plenty on parking just maybe not in front of your building. 10/10 would recommend

I had stayed at Sonesta in Albuquerque the night before and noticed that this location wasn’t as clean or comfortable. BUT, I’m sure I would have been just fine if I hadn’t been in the other one the night before.

Great, comfortable place to stay

We are local, and stayed here for a week when our pipes froze during the 2021 winter storm. They were accommodating of our cats, which was a must. Our suite had a full kitchen which made our longer stay so much more comfortable and allowed us to stay in off the roads. Will be our go-to place to stay again under similar circumstances. It was warm, and the free WiFi was strong and allowed us to work from “home” and stream a lot of movies and tv while we were snowed in. It was really a home away from home.
