Good hotel in the center of Naha . You basically walk 5 minutes to get on the Main Street and all the restaurants around. Easy access from the monorail and for the ones who want to rent a car to get outside the city. There is a Times car rental just nearby. Basically a good spot and I had a chance to get a room on the corner with the view on the city night life👍

Very convenient to shopping, front desk staff are excellent, many nearby dining choices, hotel breakfast is excellent, hotel dinner has range of price options and all delicious, coin laundry convenient, parking is reasonable and the parking staff are speedy and polite. Second time staying here w/I 4 months, would definitely re-book anytime we are lucky enough to visit Okinawa again.

The hotel staff were really kind and were able to speak English for me. The hotel faces the main park in Sapporo, and you can get a gorgeous view of it from the hotel rooms facing the front of the building.

Location was convenient to the monorail and to Kokusaidori and yet quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious offerings and pleasant staff. The room was also very comfortable. Self-service laundry was available and convenient. Top-floor had coffee with (some) space both indoor and outdoors to relax.

The room is very small BUT it was only me and hubby so it worked. The location is amazing and I loved having late check out and free parking through expedia. However, I didn't even ask for a room upgrade, before the receptionist told me no rooms were available. This statement was no true, I literally logged into Expedia to find multiple room still available. If they hotel doesn't want to honor that perk, they need to remove it and Expedia should hold them responsible.

Able to walk to main attractions within downtown Naha. Room is very large by Japanese standard. Floor to ceiling glass wall overlooking kokusai dori. Favourite thing is the bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower/tub in separate spaces, making them very enjoyable to use.

Very convenient location - a stone’s throw from Kokusai Dori Street (main shopping street). Quiet location also. We also enjoyed free parking at the hotel (uses carpark lift system).

Staff was very friendly and helpful, arranged a taxi for my family to the airport. Everything was smooth and easy. Hotel rooms were as expected, quiet clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the wet room shower. Didn't get to stay for long, unfortunately.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. It was safe for us to leave our luggage in the hotel (we arrived way before check-in time) and left to explore the city. The room is clean and size is great. We had a two double bed room and the sheets are clean as new. The bathroom is big with separate shower area and a bathtub. The hotel location is perfect, it is about 4 minutes walk to monorail and 2 minutes walk to the buzzy Kukosai-dori with everything from restaurants to souvenir shopping.

It was very convenient to Kokusai Dori & the local monorail. The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards,very clean & thoughtful of the staff to provide complimentary water bottles in the room.

This hotel is conveniently located. It’s one block away from the main shopping street and a few blocks from the subway station. We were able to balance between shopping and sightseeing within relatively short time. The hotel is comfortable and the service is excellent.

Excellent location to nearby bus-stops and monorail stations. Lots of choice for shops and restaurants. Very good hygiene condition of room. It happened suspension of A/C on 8/F on one night and the hotel staff were very efficient to arrange replacement of room for guests.

Overall is good, but on 24th morning when we woke up, my wife and I both felt itchy and found our hands like bitten by mite. Luckily our child was not affected. I think the hotel can improve in this aspect.

Hotel is in a convenient location and the breakfast buffet is decent, but not exceptional like some of the others. The king room was faiely spacious, but the air conditioning was terrible and not capable of making the room very cold. I told the desk, but they said they could offer another king room, but it would not be much colder. The room was way too warm for me to sleep well. Beware - the clothes washer/dryers are terrible. My laundry was still soaking wet and smelled like my dirty socks after over 2 hours and adding extra drying time. I wont be staying here again.
