Our entire stay was very comfortable from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. All our towels were provided up front, and the room had a fridge, microwave etc. The location wasn't bad either. Thank you.

This was a great hotel that i would highly recommend. The reason i didnt give 5 stars is because the wifi was unusable every day of my stay. I dont know if thats the hotels fault or the infrastructure but none of the apps on the TV would work nor could i watch anything on my phone. Pictures were slow to load. Additionally i think there are better locations in Okinawa. I think things would have been more convenient were i in Naha. Busses to the aquarium, the castle, and Okinawa World were few and far between, plus i had to walk quite a ways to get to the bus. Wasnt unbearable but could have been better. Still, i recommend this hotel if you theres somwthing in the area you want to do like the zoo or botanical garden. Very clean, has a great restaurant/bar attached, and fantastic price for a multi night stay.

最新のスマートシステムという事ですが、スマートキーが故障していて、チェックイン直後部屋に入れず。受付のタブレットでスタッフを呼び出すも20分たっても繋がらず。 電話したら3回切られる始末。 30分後やっと繋がり、スタッフの指示で予備キーのキーボックスを開けるも、中は空っぽ。 直ぐにスタッフが駆けつけると言われて、30分待たされ鍵を渡されて、スマートキーは使えぬまま、出掛ける度に鍵を持ち歩く事に。結局チェックインが１時間以上遅れ、大事な約束をリスケさせられる。 スタッフはすみませんの一言で終わり。 部屋に入ると、前の宿泊客のものと思われるカラフルな薬が落ちていて、ベットには女性の髪の毛がついている。 また、２日連続で夜中にテレビが勝手について目が覚める羽目に。 普段は多少不備があっても書き込みする事は無いが、今回は許せません。
