"Parking was okay, but there are no staff present. Checking in was awful and took over 30 minutes. Most of the room amenities weren’t working (spa tub, sana, etc.) The guy working at the restaurant was coughing and sniffling without a mask as he poorly prepped the order and did not know how to process payment with a card. I would give this a 0 star experience. Disappointed. Will not go back."

"The room interior wa beaten up a bit but the rooms were spacious. The beds were 2 twin beds pushed together so if you're traveling 4 people a twin room would be sleep all of them just fine. Maybe thats not the hotels intention but for a group it should work fine. "

"The room's walls were covered in various colored stains everywhere. The toilets bidet looks like it's never been cleaned. The AC 10/10, bed was comfy and clean looking. Good other features. Extension was ridiculously expensive. "
