"Pretty good visit "

"The staff wasn’t clear, they added a deposit our second night even though we haven’t made a peep, the AC didn’t work & once again, just about the rudest staff I ve ever dealt with and I’ve traveled a lot. Not worth the money. The staff doesn’t want to be bothered by guests. "

"First, there was no microwave in the room. My husband had to go to office to heat up water for our morning coffee. I found out on check-out that we could have requested a microwave??? Not sure why the guy who let my husband heat up water at 5:30 am didn't tell him that??? The pool was phenomenal. I got in there three times (it was very rainy early part of the week). Beautiful pool. Breakfasts were fine. Nothing fancy. Only got my bed made once in 6 nights. Thought that was weird."

"would rate this place a 10/10 1. I called 2 days before my arrival and Jennifer at the front desk answered all of my questions. She was patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. 2. When I got into she had already put notes in the system and had my room ready. 3. The room was a king bed with a couch that lets out into a pullout bed. "The room was spacious, clean and bright. The staff were helpful and attentive and happy to help. The wi-fi was good and was available in all areas. Parking was was free and there was sufficient spaces. Would certainly stay here again. "
