"Our stay was not to good. The elevator kept messing up for 2 days we had to keep taking the steps. The 4 nights that we stayed the cable was also messed up. We had 2 kids with us and nothing for them to watch. The carpet was dirty,was scared to take shoes off. Lastly there was a cloth chair in the room , it also was dirty and parts of it was failed and torn."

"The rooms were clean but smelled like weed. Once you opened the door you had homeless 25 feet away. 2 doors down were probably long term people who would pee next to their vehicle instead of going in the room. I understand you get what you pay for but it had a very good rating. Truly not a good place at all!!"

"Great place to stay. Even though it’s not a hotel, but the room was super clean. They cleaned up the room and changed the towels EVERY DAY! As in a good hotel. The location is also great, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Good coffee in the morning. Overall, I satisfied with my experience."

"I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay."

"Overall was a good stay. Several people in our group had issues with their reservations and management wasn’t helpful. Those that paid for bigger rooms that weren’t available had to pay a higher price for 2 rooms."

"Breakfast bar tucked. Hard biscuits, watery biscuits tater tots served in place of hash browns or potatoes. No eggs or pastries. Older gentleman very negative about preparing food. CLOSED breakfast BEFORE 9:00 am. Towels were hard to come by. Ran out twice in or 4 day stay had to be washed and brought late evening. Key card had to be reset eveyday and time wecwentvto our room. Staff at checking were friendly."

"Clean room right out of the 70’s. Parking no problem. McDonald’s and Sonic next door. Old place but clean room. Super high flow shower which was great! Manager very accommodating and friendly."
