"The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby."

"All staff whether they were at reception, housekeeping or in the dining areas....all were very kind and helpful. Came with an elderly relative and was given a great room that suited her needs and I was able to get a room next door. Wonderful stay !"

"Room condition awful. Rattly noisy AC unit right overhead. Impossible to sleep. Poor bed. Very very old tired hotel, needs to be replaced."

"We loved our stay. I didn't realize I had booked in West Kelowna and was a little disappointed when I saw the location. The property is very clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was a hit as well. We would definitely stay again. "
