"Really poor experience at this hotel. We were travelling with our premature newborn and the smoke from the forest fires was overhead and thick. We requested to cancel our room to get him somewhere safer away from the fires and they refused to cancel."

"A lovely, well-run small hotel — went above and beyond during the France fires. Really pleased with our stay. With the recent fires in France, the staff went out of their way to help friends of ours who needed rooms for the night — genuinely kind and accommodating when it mattered.
