Lovely beach hotel. Nice breakfast and great recommendations for local restaurants for dinner. Only complaint is the last day they did not clean our room so we had no clean towels and a rather sandy floor!

Hotel surpassed my expectations. Very comfortable bed, balcony, large bathroom, shower of a quality one usually only finds in five stars, excellent breakfast with fresh ingredients, a three minute walk to the Arcachon boardwalk and beach, very quiet at night. All furnishings seemed new and in excellent condition. Decoration style is distinctly minimalist--everything is clean, simple and practical. Nothing frilly or fancy. This place is special; much more than what you would expect in a typical French hotel in its price range.

A Proper Charmer

First of all, we chose to travel to Arcachon out of season, and because the weather forecast was sunny. We chose the T-Boutique as many of the hotels in and around Arcachon have seen better days. We made a small upgrade as we were bringing our dog (€20 extra per night - mentioned in advance). We were surprised, pleasantly, that on street parking, out of season - Nov to March - was free 24 hours. So we parked right across from the hotel. The welcome was incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. The romms are not huge, but that is to be expected unless you take a family room. And don't expect a view of the sea from your small terrace - as the hotel is a block away from the long beach and promenade. But the beds are supremely comfortable, the bathrooms newly fitted out and there are very nice touches, such as a Nespresso machine. The hotel is about a ten minute walk into town - best taken by the pretty promenade that runs from the marina along the beach to the large ferris wheel. There are some very decent restaurants in town too, both serving very fresh shellfish (as to be expected) and meats and salads. All in all, a very good choice and an extremely well run and friendly hotel. Highly recommended in the price bracket.

Contraté la habitación premium entendiéndose premium como algo superior a lo standard, cuando nos asignaron la habitación quedamos totalmente decepcionados, no solamente que la habitación estaba maltratada y en mal estado sino que en recepción me indican que ellos llaman premium a la habitación standard y que esa es la habitación que me corresponde. Una habitación con multitud de daños y de carencias, además de todas las roturas sin reparar ( si me dejan adjunto fotos) la habitación daba a la calle por donde pasaban los coches nada que ver con la imagen de la habitación que yo contraté con Expedia, la barandilla de madera y desconchada, la puerta de la salida a la terraza a pesar de tener doble puerta se oían los coches porque tiene tal golpe que hay una abertura por donde se filtra todo el sonido, el espejo del baño roto, el suelo levantado, el rodapié carcomido, no hay armario, hay una tubería colgada del techo con literalmente 7 perchas, ni cajones ni baldas para dejar la ropa por lo que tienes que mantener toda la ropa metida en la maleta y estar continuamente abriendo y cerrando, no hay ninguna neverita para poder meter medicinas o comida/ bebida tampoco hay toallero simplemente en una pared dos perchitas....y a sí un sinfín de sorpresas desagradables. Sobretodo la confusión de PREMIUM no se de dónde viene, si de Expedia o del propio hotel pero tras mi decepción mostrada en recepción no hicieron nada por mejorar mi estancia y se limitaron a decirme que escriba a Expedia

Super séjour à deux pas de la plage !

Avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel de charme. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin, notre chienne golden retriever a très bien été accueillie aussi. Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif et varié. La décoration de la chambre est sympa et moderne. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir. Merci

Très bon séjour. Un bel hôtel décoré avec goût. Chambre propre, juste les joints des douches à refaire. Le : la déco, literie, balcon, dosettes pour le café, pas tres loin du centre vilke et plage a côté Le - : manque un petit frigo et joints des douches à refaire :) mais RAS pour le reste, c'est un jolie hôtel.
