"Clean and a ton of amenities "

"We stayed 2 nights. Hotel is just outside Shizuoka Station. Easy Shinkansen links along Tokaido Line. There are multiple buses to just about anywhere too. Lots of shopping and dining options around galore. Property itself is cosy and beds are comfortable. Hot showers are good too. Staff are friendly and serve with a smile. Overall a great place to stay!"

"I’ve stayed in this property 3 times. Each time the staff has been exceptionally polite and helpful. Great English communication if needed. The Onsen on site is amazing with a fantastic view of Fuji. I haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner myself so I can’t comment on that but for breakfast it’s great. The hotel is also 5ish minutes from the FujiQ Highland stop so it’s convenient to get to if travelling from Tokyo and it’s half an hour one way to the Chureito Pagoda and half an hour the other way from Lake Kawaguchi. I’ve recommended this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area."

"Perfect location as the hotel is situated beside the Fujinomiya Station and walking distance from the major shrines and dining options. Beautiful view of Mount Fuji."

"Every thing is good"

"By far the most serene and peaceful experience of my life. I can’t overstate how accommodating the staff is. Our room was upgraded and we had a corner suite of 3 large rooms overlooking the mountains and the river. I was astonished how luxurious the rooms and food are. Each night we had an 8 course meal, each morning a huge breakfast. Honestly, it was too much food - that’s the only complaint I have! I felt terrible wasting even a bite of the exquisite, carefully prepared gourmet food. I will be back to recharge and unwind in the hot springs. This was the highlight of our first 2 week vacation in Japan. I can’t get over how heavenly the property is. And it’s immaculately maintained. Such careful attention from the staff. What a gem. I feel so lucky to have experienced this magical place. "
