"We had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed in a very spacious suite and one of the biggest I have stayed in. Room was clean, great amenities, and great hot water pressure which is always a big deal for me at hotels. The check in prices was seamless and no issues at check in. This hotel is the only riverfront hotel available in Louisville and it’s close walking distance to great restaurants, shops and bars. "

"My husband and I stayed two nights and our experience was pleasant. The king suite was fairly large and I loved the high ceiling. The location was just right for us with experiencing the bourbon tours. The walk didn’t seem too far. We enjoyed the complementary drinks in the evening and the continental breakfast had a lot to offer. The omelet station seem to always be busy, so we didn’t get to take advantage of that but the cooks seem to be working their hardest to get people served. The only negative I have was the room seem to get pretty warm at night and we couldn’t turn the temperature down past 68. I called guest service the next day and maintenance was at our door within 5 mins. Very nice and polite gentleman. He changed the filter and vacuum the vents, plus fixed the thermometer so that we could turn the air down to a comfortable temperature. I would recommend!"
