No views from our windows. Very unappealing. Breakfast was very simple, nothing fancy or special. It was fine. Location is great! We walked everywhere. We had a great time, just spent very little time in the actual bandb."

"Exellent location - just 4 houses off of the beach boardwalk! Bernadette (House Mgr) was great! She was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Plus, her breakfast that she prepares herself, is wonderful. Stairs are a bit steep, expecially to the third floor, but certainly very manageable. The house is 150 years old, and has so much charm. Our room had sloping floors, drafty windows, tight bathroom quarters, and thin walls....all part of the wonderful charm. Wouldn't change a thing!...

We were not very happy with the room because it was extremely small - the bathroom sink was literally at the foot of the bed. Perhaps that was the room I picked, but I did not realize how tiny it was. The room was on the third floor. It was not a pleasant walk up those flights of stairs as they were very long and steep.
